Your Session

Every new client starts the initial visit by filling out an intake form, discussion on body history and goals, then a thorough body evaluation. From this information, I custom design each hour session for specific needs of the individual. No two bodies are alike and therefore should not be doing the same workout. Together, clients and I work as a team to reach personal best in and out of the studio.


Sessions are an hour long and scheduled to accommodate your calendar. Wear comfortable workout clothes that is form-fitting to allow free body movement. Avoid buttons and zippers in the clothing – they can irritate the skin during the session and can also damage the equipment. All sessions are done barefoot.


Cancellations made within the 24 hours of your session will be charged for the full session amount. Please try and make cancellations before the 24 hour mark to avoid the late cancellation fee.
